Getting streaks on HC is much harder though, easy to die because of campers.

Actually, I find it easier to get streaks in HC, it takes less bullets to kill, so I don't need to waste 1 perk being Scavenger. And I'm always fast on the trigger, so it's mostly 1-3 shot kills for me in HC.

1-2 shot kill, but also 1-2 shot death

Dunno but every gun is the same in HC and recoil doesn't really matter there as you don't shoot more than 5 bullets to kill the enemy ;p
