Just wondering, how much forum warnings does it take to get a (perm) ban?

i've seen people banned at 5 warnings
but there is no clear guideline on how much warnings is equal to a ban
or so

i'd say 5 warnigs = 2-3 days ban imo

Warnings are just a formal notification - nothing that should cause 'consequences' outside of usual discretion.

I think that bans should occur if the user gets multiple warnings for the same reason, for ex. multiple topics with all caps titles or repeatedly spamming offtopic posts..
