How can I votekick a player with a blank nickname?

You can't with the inbuilt server votekick, but if the server has B3 and allows you to use the !list command, you can do it that way.

The best solution would be to call an admin of the server.

You need to search the number without a name:

[1]MAGIC,[2],[3]SerPo

 

Then you can ban with !pb 2 aimbot

Well if the server isn't set up for normal users to be able to use list, then you can't. Trying to play on servers that are well set-up or have active admins.

Sometimes...Player Without Name Can Have Xuid Changer so call another admin or try to ban him

That user must be using alterrev or something...
