Sorry if it duplicate of question, but searching don't help to me find the problem solving.

After released r24 Not working russian ingame chat. When somebody trying type some text in chat, it visible for writer, but when hi push "Enter", his phrases are disappear, and it invisible for him, and other players.

Our community found out the reason of this issue, it server side problem. Many hosters rolled away the servers to the version r21, by replacing "iw5m.dll' from older version.

But we hope it makeshift for it. I understand, 4D1 not supported other languages, but it realy possible! (r21 was working). Also russian words not logged (r21 version too) We can't autokicks for bad words.

Dear NTAuthority or somebody from Tech Support, can you do something with it, please? It is a great request from russian community, and me.
