You can follow any tutorial online. Just a tip, you don't need to overwrite the files, just make a z_skins.iwd.

Make a .zip file with winrar (making sure the pictures are inside a folder called "images"), then rename it to .iwd. Put it in your main folder.

Yeah, note that the folder structure in the zip file has to be correct so in your case:

images/blablabskin.iwi
