Sorry if this is in a wrong forum. But anyways, I want a mod that turns the cod4 bobbing system into the mw2 one. Bobbing is the way the gun or you move in first person. Like in Cod4 your gun goes down when your walking and it has a tiny sway when walking but in mw2 the gun sways when walking. If someone knows cod4 modding can you plz convert the mw2 bobbing animations to cod4 and give me the dl link. Thanks.

there is this mod i think its called realistic mod and it adds a different bobbing animation. btw this is supposed to be c o d 4. it should be possible since you can port animations from black ops and from mw2 for guns and things in c o d 4.

Oh lol, didnt read it properly. But as other said, it is quite hard to do. You should ask NTAuthority or Apadayo, they both know a lot about coding, I think.

As far as I know, it's not animations, but instead controlled by dvars. Meaning it's probably hardcoded, and no way to change it through a mod.

I should've been more clear. As far as I know, the bobbing is hardcoded, and can't be modified through mods. However, the values like the bobbing amount should be changeable through dvars/console commands.

 

In short, no, it's most likely not possible.
