So,

 

when I start up PlayIW4M I get a black screen and a sound, its not an error sound, Atleast I dont think so.

When I tab out I can't find any kind of error.

 

Please help?

    When you Alt+Tab what can you see? copy the last few logs on the IW4M console and past them here.

    Also you might want to disble your Windows Firewall as when you run IW4M for the first time it would ask to make a exception to Windows Firewall which generally has a similar effect as you stated...

    It isnt a .Net Framework problem..
