Also if your talking about directly connecting to someones IP instead of 4D1 Master server, it isnt possible

Not possible.As i said earlier,iw4m.ini cannot be edited to connect to a specific IP

iw4m.ini is only for your credentials, as far as I know, it cannot be edited to connect to an IP :?
