today ive been trying to play but the ping is pretty high in all servers, its 500+

 

I tried pinging yahoo.com , i had something like 60~70 but in 4d1 i have 500+

 

any suggestion maybe? thanks

1) Stop all download and upload

 

2) Close program like skype ....

 

3) Follow this tutorial

My ping before I join a server : 87~

My ping after joining a server : 453~

It occurs mostly once I'm actually ingame, I have no freezes though the game is smooth which is making me crazy.

you actually ping the 4d1 site? ._.

 

the site have nothing to do with gameplay.. you probably pricking the wrong servers on the list. Please try not to create duplicate threads of the same issue.

Disable your Router Firewall or Any Router Firewall functions which "Filters Anonymous Requests"

play on servers which are in your country and stop downloading and background programs maybe Game Booster can help

GameBooster is not good for the ping actually.

It could be used to close down applications using internet connection in the background...
