I am hosting a couple of servers and I encountered a problem. When the servers start to fill up lag spikes start to occur. They're quite annoying and I can't seem to be able to find what is causing the problem. I've tried only running one server and seeing if things would improve but the lag spikes still occur (but do seem happen less). CPU usage stays under 30% constantly.
Server Specs:
Intel Xeon CPU E5430 @ 2.66GHz (2 Processors)
8.00 GB RAM
3 Harddisks => C:/ is 1 HDD. E:/ is 2 Drives in Raid 0.
Server is running Windows Server 2008 R2.
The servers are currently on the C Drive. On the E Drive is a Minecraft server. I've tried switching them around but this doesn't seem to help as well.
When the lag occurs this is what it says in the log file:
"Failed to get a cached snapshot for antilag - offset is -xxx"
Any help would be appreciated.
