I've played some trickshotting on W7's trickshot server and on SnD generally. People don't really know the basics of trickshotting, there for I'm making this thread to post a video teaching the basics and some tips and tricks !

I'm fine with it. In fact, I think this topic is Promoting my server, but people do either do it for fun, montages, or to show off. This could also be in the "General" section...

You don't need yawspeed. You can use it, but you don't have to.

I'm trickshotting without yawspeed, I just move my mouse like an idiot and shoot.

Easy... You put a stick label on the center of your screen, easy to get qs kills and ts

Mod is more then welcome to move this thread to it's rightful place. Also, this was just for people who want to become better, you don't have to go after this topic if you don't want too

And no. Yawspeed is definitely better in most cases. You pull of smoother shots and you don't have to concentrate on your position on the screen as much.

I agree. With yawspeed you only have to learn how long you have to hold down one button. I find it a lot easier and it looks better.

I have my yawspeed bound to the "Back" and "Forward" one for turning right, and one for turning left.

Also my cl_yawspeed is 1080.

I would recommend lower since most servers will mess up and make it look like you didn't even spin because it's so fast

lol with a little practice you can just simply do much better and you are open for more trickshots and also when you are spinning with yawspeed, but your target moves unexpectedly, you'll have to move your mouse, but you won't be able to do that correctly and it will just look dumb.
