OK, I have a server running on the same PC I play from. I can connect sometimes and the server will populate. However, on two separate occasions, I can't...now being one of those.

 

I have made no changes to the .cfg file. In fact, last night I was on it with a Clan member and it was fine. I closed the game for a few minutes, then I couldn't connect. I can't even query the server info now.

 

I tried syncing my windows time and it didn't work. I can join other servers and query their info, but not mine.

 

Any suggestions?

Restart your server and check if it still happens?

Done that many times over, doesn't help.

Make sure the system time on your computer is synchronized with a time server - the clock on your computer and the dedicated server you're trying to connect to may not differ too much.

Can someone PM me and I'll give the server info so they can try...just to make sure it's not just me?

 

EDIT:Nevermind, I think I have it now.

Make sure when u connect , put your correct internal ip + port

Go in your game and press ~ and then type connect and type your internal ip + port

Internal ip looks like this : 192.168.*.*

Your port will be : 27015
