I didn't play IW4 for a few days and now I get stuck on the Setting up game.. screen, I tried on many different sever and it's still like that. Can any one tell me what it is and how can I fix it.

The problem is most probably with your connection.

Maybe some firewall messing up (usually the router's firewall)

I get that quite a lot while loading maps, it's nothing important though as my stats still sync through.

Disable either your router's or your anti-virus firewall. Something is delaying/blocking your connection.
