So yea, since Activision shut down aIW, and with that NTA created this, but will this project (And further projects) be Activision (Or any other company/law) proof? Since aIW shutted down I'm kinda worried so I'm just asking to be sure.

Not bulletproof, as we still alter THEIR client.

But its less likely that Activision does anything about it since people have to buy their game eitherway.

Companies only start to sue people when their actions make the company LOSE money, which is not the case with this solution.

Besides, I think Activision never even gave a shit about IW4M1/2 but took action when AlterOps and AMW3 were "released".

I'm pretty sure this will be fine. Company's like Activision are run by money. As long as they get the cash they are happy.

So with this new project you need LEGIT MW2 so Activision get their money and we get our Dedi's and mods, its a win win :)

let them nock us down. We fight until they give up.

Actually...the papers only said that they were mad when he did black ops and modern warfare 3. They really dont give a flying fuck about MW2 now days.

Yup. That's about right. The Reason they gave for shutting aIW down was "BlackOPS and MW3 already have fully functional dedicated servers." We should be safe with this project.

What reason would they have to shut it down? The only reason they shut down the other project was because of piracy. Believe it or not, it probably cost them hundreds of thousands if not a million. Activision was just protecting their product. They are a business, you would do the same. But as long as they get the money, it's all good.
