I stars the game but it do not going on it stop at Update Player Rank and Unlocks. I restart the game, install it new but it dont update rank and Unlocks.

Try typing "/readstats" in the in-game console..

Sry, I started the game later and it was alreagy OK. So that /readstats thing was not necessary.

If it doesn't work then the NP atm you tried was down. Or not functioning. Or it may also be you have slow connection between you and the NP server
