Seems like you're lacking the face-off and other DLC maps from the other collections. Find them yourself (*new store caugh*) or buy the game and download them on steam.

 

He said he's using the New Store.

 

As far as I know, the New Store does not provide Terminal/Free Face Off maps. You could download them off Steam using the Dedicated Server.

    hey im having the same problem. i already downloaded terminal and installed it but it still won't load the image. how can i fix that?

    when i downloaded terminal i didnt get any .iwd files i just got 2 files. their names are mp_terminal_cls_load.ff and mp_terminal_cls.ff

    Hmm that's strange, I got .iwd files with my Terminal map download.

    Hmm that's strange, I got .iwd files with my Terminal map download.

    i already did. so all i need is the .iwd file? can i download it from somewhere?

    You also need iw_33.iwd and iw_34.iwd

    Use HldsUpdateTool (google about it)

    hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game "modernwarfare3" -dir .
