My stats have been reset for the 2nd time, is this supposed to be like that?

I have the same problem, I was lvl 52 :|

If you have the 10th prestige emblem (the spinning one), then your stats are screwed up -> you need a new account.

Issue is, people could hack the 10th Prestige Emblem locally, while on the NP Server they won't properly work.
