    it's always enabled, unless you mean the youtube setting, which only happens because a lot of videos there are H.264 and your browser developer is too stubborn to pay for a license for that. outside of that, PPAPI Flash a) never crashes and B) does not have any significant memory usage. Sadly, your browser developer also is too stubborn to implement PPAPI.
