I just factory image restored my computer, and when I try to launch, it gives me this error. It worked perfectly before. When I got this error, I immediately went and installed directx. Still getting error. (EDIT) I went into dxdiag, and it says I have directx11... If it matters, the graphics card in my computer was replaced way before I image restored. I have a powercolor radeon 5450 in it atm. (EDIT2) I also have razer gamebooster running in background.

Tried both of the directx dl links, none of seemed to fix error.

To check my directx version, I clicked on Run and typed in DXDIAG.. it says im ruinng directx 11 so im updated... still getting error

I also have razer game booster btw if taht helps

Make sure you installed lastest graphics card drivers for your Radeon HD 5450 from here http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx Make sure you select Radeon HD 5xxx Series PCIe. Game Booster shouldn't be a problem.
