After 15 seconds, I joined a dedicated server I always get an Timeout error. I don't know why, can you help me?

your router may be poor, try messing around with it's settings, like port forwarding, upnp

Usually, the fix for that is to disable the router's firewall, IF the router's firewall actually gets disabled (wich doesn't happen on Thomson TG series routers)

Turned off router firewall + windows firewall, doesn't work..

If you have another router, plug it in and check if it works..

Same thing happens to me. Eventually it will connect though.

Fix your router settings and add IW5M to trusted programs in Windows Firewall.

Tried another router (speedtouch), added iw5m to trusted programs, still doesn't work.. :/

i think opening port 3074 UDP, solves most of the connecting problems
