Electronics Arts (Origin) doesn't like that too. I've already tried to unlink a game from my Origin account and then sell my account but it's forbidden. Here is what they answered:

Unfortunately once a CD key is used on an account, it is related to it forever. It is therefore impossible to remove the key to your account.
