So I just remembered a game I played back in the day, it had robots and vehicular combat (aerial and ground) and had large battlefields. It was kind of like BF with robots. I don't believe it was Mechwarrior but one thing I do remember: you could control some kind of four-legged robot.

Sorry if the explanation isn't clear, I tried my best with remembering some details.

hmmm....how long ago was it, and was it multiplayer?

Oh fuck, I loved that too. You were some kind of a mech that could turn into a plane and the battlefield was huge, it even had animals in it, I remember killing some cows/buffalo herds. I got it with my Saphire card (Radeon X800XL, high end back in the day), which could be a starting point for my search.

Seems cool, so does anyone have a name? lol

FML. And I liked the game SOOOO much :/ I think it came with a GFX card or so, I remember having it pre-installed when I got my pc. But I also got the game disk.

It did, I got it with a Sapphire GPU. Problem is I had many Sapphire GPUs over the years, so I wouldn't know which one. I thought it's X800Xl, but I got Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow with it. It wasn't x1650xl or HD3870 either. Gotta look at all GPUs I ever had to do some research.

I want to say Robotech: Battlecry, but it was console-only, and I know you said PC.

 

Was it in the same genre though? (I.E. anime-style graphics?)
