Just as it says he entered an incorrect username or password. Tell him to check it again. AFAIK the passwords and users are case sensitive

tell him to reset his password maybe that will work

hey guyz....i tried evrything i tried to reset my passwrd it says it's not found and when i try to make a new one it says it's alredy in use idk what to do :evil:

Try deleting iw5m.ini and Change your name and pass.

If you have "iw5m.ini" file; open it with your text editor. (Notepad etc.) -> Write first line your user name. -> Write second line your password. -> Save & close "iw5m.ini" and run "LaunchIW5M.exe". If your problem related character(s); must work. (Happen to me before.)

 

If you already deleted "iw5m.ini"; create a new text file. Change text file name "iw5m.ini". (Without "" of course.) -> Open "iw5m.ini" with your text editor. -> Write first line your user name. -> Write second line your password. -> Save & close "iw5m.ini" and run "LaunchIW5M.exe"

Be sure that the file is named iw5m.ini and not iw5m.ini.txt

tried deleting didnt work...i thought my account got deleted when i tried to reset my password because it said that account is not found and when i try to make a new account with same email address it says it's only in use :evil: :oops:

but your username is HACKER-PrInCe, not HACKER-PrInCeCharming

i madea new acc :/ btw it's HACKER-PrInCeChArMiNg
