I was just playing MW2 and my game crashed (which is very usual).... but when i restarted, my profile cannot update... i have lost all my ranks and achievements... back to level 1 from Prestige 10... can u pls help me with dat?

Upload it as an attachment ? Also, if you're gettig the 'Rank and unlocks complete...' stuff just open the console and type in /readstats
