Well, I posted a compiled version here -> viewtopic.php?f=26&t=17253#p174759 (IW5M_nomes_das_equipas.zip) upon brazilian server hosts requests.

That version is actually the one posted here -> viewtopic.php?f=41&t=9465&start=25#p158348 (but compiled)

Also, I just copied some bits of code and compiled. All credits go to Tonejo[A] (script developer) momo5502 (from who I took the code to read names from a txt) and DidUknowiPwn (for the codes to change team icons)
