Do you have the 'localized_english_iw00.iwd' - 'localized_english_iw07.iwd' too?

If not you have to download them too.

Not 'iw_**', but 'localized_english_iw**.iwd'. You should 'localized_english_iw00.iwd' to 'localized_english_iw07.iwd'.

Not iw##.iwd, localized_english_iw##.iwd. Try to find them somewhere online, it's not too hard. I suggest you check FileCrop.
