Hello community ,

I've a really disappointing problem on all servers .. after connecting and every thing is fine , about 15 - 20 second and I get a kick from the server and massage says : " Server connection timed out "

This problem with all servers , and the ping isn't bad ( 100 - 120 ) and I'm playing a lot of other online games fine :/

 

Please any help

Seem's like a router firewall issue, Disable your router firewall.

My router is : Thomson TG585 v7

and BTW the firewall is disabled , and I was playing this game so fine before ( with AlterMW3 and interMW3 )

The problem is with your router, afaik the Thomson router interface doesn't work even though you disabled the firewall.

Anyway try doing this..

i have the same thomson series but i can play normaly, u just have to open port 3074, do this:

go to control panel -> network and internet -> network devices -> right click on ur router -> properties -> settings(wait some time)-> add->

give a name to the rule (ex: iw5m), type ur ip (go to cmd and type ipconfig for ur ip), then choose UDP and write 3074 on the two textboxes then ok -> ok

and thats it.

Time Sync, doesn't fix this issue.

This issue is because port 3074 is getting blocked by the router firewall, and it cannot be disabled in a Thompson TG Series router because the router interface isn't working.

Are you still using windows XP ?

If you use windows 7 or 8, the router will show up there.

No .. I'm using WIN7 64Bit
