If you want matchmaking, why are you even playing FourDeltaOne?

 

You're stupid for requesting it.

 

Where the hell did I request matchmaking? I played Aiw because the amount of players and the mods. And I probably will play on 4d1 for the mods and because there will less tryhards ( one man army noobtubers , ump silencer etc).

Providing matchmaking = emulating IWnet's services, illegal.. will lead to the same end as alterIWnet had.

No Matchmaking.. though, apadayo is good with these mods.. we could ask him to do something (make a quick play button and function like BF3 has).. though, it would be quite hard i guess

No, even if Apadayo does it and offers a seperate download, he would need to host his own server and stuff, which Activision would eventually find out, and say we have the link to a project directly related to our project which emulates our service.

Well, just some server list with filter options. Then when you select a server, and press connect, it will launch "iw4m.exe -connect *ipadress:port*"

Something like that.

Just wondering how to obtain the server list :/

I didn't say you requested it, I was saying that why would you want to come play on FourDeltaOne if you want matchmaking, it defeats the purpose of FourDeltaOne.

But, to the point, no matchmaking.. you could try to make some third party application.. but 4d1 is here for the Dedicated Servers.
