I have the game and I played cs 1.6 and css before, but I suck at them. And somehow my kill death ratio is better in cs go than in css.

The only advice I can give you, is to aim for the head. But I'm sure you already know that.

Don't shoot when moving, after shooting 2-3 shots move a bit to left/right then repeat shooting in bursts.

 

Use Shift to move silently

Crouching is not necessary, you are an easy target as you are static then.
