Angina pectoris is much more serious, and happens with older people. Catch syndrome is usual with young people, and it's exactly what Ghosty described. Although, I could've been wrong, but I believe it's not pectoris.

I got my 'chest pain' while I was lying down on my bed, doing nothing, also today, twice while in school. And I got them even before smoking and i'm not much of a 'fast food' eater. And, yes, I'm seeing a doctor tommorow.

But seeing my age I shouldn't really be getting such issues, eh ?

Well, the doc said I'm getting an EKG/ECG test for my heart, also a lot of tests, blood, urine, kidney, liver...

 

oh and to top it off, I GOT ME SOME PILLS, fun, right ? They're for my back, and they seem strong, eh.

If you would have bother reading other replies you would have seen I visited the docotor today. I also wasn't really asking for 'advice', I was more or less asking if anyone else has this 'issue'.

Well, technically it is a cardiac arrest, as your heart stops beating. My (somewhat educated) guess is that it is the result of the the blood flowing down into your legs after standing up (just gravity, nothing special) and your heart has no blood to pump, creating a 'vacuum' in your right atrium (I think, not really important). That is bound to cause serious pain. As for the breathing, it's only a logical result of a temporary stop of bloodflow, although I couldn't tell you the exact reason. Although this seems to be a rather heavy form of it, the near-fainting is very common among people our age.

Smoking could enhance this kind of thing. But I sometimes loose vision if I stand up too quickly, everything goes white and I feel like a have a really bad headache for 5-10 seconds until everything clears. That usually happens while I have been sitting watching TV but never when I get up from the computer or bed.
