So tomorrow I'm gonna reinstall Windows (cause I'm getting hardware that can run Win 7 finally) and I've already formatted my USB drive to NTFS and copied everything from the ISO file onto it. It should work like that, right? With boot from device > USB drive. Other question is, if I put another .rar package in there (BFBC2 PATCH + INTERNET BROWSER INSTALLER), will it affect the installation, or do I need a USB stick with purely the Win 7 files on it to work correctly?

8 is better.

YOU GON' HELP ME OR NOT? :(

Yeah, it should work. What I usually do is boot into old Windows and click setup.exe on my USB. It restarts PC after a while and my installation is done. That easy. But you must be sure to check format hard disc somewhere in the advanced options or something.
