I don't know why my computer shutsdown while playing MW2.

I used to be able to play hour on end till I wanted to stop. Now I am lucky if I even play for 10 minutes.

It isn't over heating as my laptop isn't hot to touch or feel when it shutsdown.

Any help would be nice.

Why don't you check components temperatures when playing by using an application?

 

Your whole laptop doesn't have to be hot when one thing is overheating

But what can I use to see the temperature ?

I had same problem about 3-4 months ago, my PC shutdown each time i played IW4 for about hour, for now there is no such issue, no idea how it happended and how did it ''fix''
