[ HELP ] Dvar/Gsc Scripting Help

Hi Guys, I Was just really hoping someone could help me with a gsc scripted dvar in example if i typed dvar msg and set it to Welcome i could get the game from that to call the script self thread maps\mp\gametypes\_hud_message::hintMessage( GetDvar( "msg" ) ); So it would print it i know it can be done because it is done in C.o.d.4 Deathrun Any Help Would Be Greatly Apreciated :D
