The one TheApadayo posted is your XUID. You're XUID is your profile number (in your case 54918) converted to hexadecimal, which is d686, placed after 11000010000.

Either we're both mistaken or the converter thinks you want to go from XUID to account. Last option would be logical as the last part of his XUID is the same as your account number in hex.

Join your dedicated server, then look at games_mp.log

The guid that you find there is certainly your guid.
