If you want to play on 4d1, you should change to language of the game to english, otherwise you will have bugs. Other than that, have you properly installed iw5m and started the LaunchIW5M.exe? Also, have you created a file name -- in your mw3 folder?

As I said, get a better router that doesn't restart itself/update it's firmware or have a steady connection to our server while playing.
