Just add 'english' at the top of the file and if it fails change it to 'whateveryourlanguageis'

specialty_new_nonenglish.iwi was part of localized_russian_iw00.iwd

Since he replaced the russian localized iwds with english ones, he must change localization.txt to stop calling russian files instead of english.

Now where's that english localization.txt... viewtopic.php?t=13911&p=105867#p105867

p.s.: remember to rename zone\russian to zone\english (you may also need the english localized fastfiles, but I'm not sure about that since I never converted a game's installation language)
