GO AND UPDATE YOUR TIME

delete all the rules that u created on ur router, and open port via windows like this:

go to Windows control panel -> network and internet -> network devices -> right click on ur router -> properties -> settings(wait some time)-> add->

give a name to the rule (ex: iw5m), type ur ip (go to cmd and type ipconfig for ur ip), then choose UDP and write 3074 on the two textboxes then ok -> ok

and thats it.

works for everyone that i told about....
