Looks like you got some screwed up fastfiles.

 

 

Wait... script compile error? Hmm... try delete caches.xml and re-run LaunchIW4M

i searched for the file and i have no caches.xml and when i opened the folder and up at the right id id search for file i typed in caches.xml and it said it couldn't file a file with that name

if you are thinking it is the isnipe mod i dont think it is because i ran it normal and it still does same thing

No it is because of the isnipe mod: an unknown functions comes from a GSC function and:

C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\CODMW2\IW4/mods/isnipev3

that mod was being loaded before it crashed.

Are you hosting 2 servers at once?

 

Do note they need to be ran using separate ports

Yes i know this , i even have one running console and the other as like a cmd . one is 28960 the other is 28961 here is the way i have it looking

But i got it figured out , some how some way i have no clue how lol but i did something in a frusration mod getting pissed and i got it to work . now so i dont mess anything up how would i go about starting a 3rd server up? because this is how it all started when i tried to start a 3rd server up and BAM no servers at all would work.
