Been playing fourdeltaone ever since it came out, but today encountered an annoying lag... Every 10-15 seconds my game freezes for about 0.1 seconds, sometimes slightly longer, then carries on. This is highly annoying and often ruins gameplay (running towards someone, I freeze for a split second, and they have killed me). This is not a normal FPS drop issue (200+ FPS) and has only started today. I reinstalled my game and this made no difference, I even restarted my PC and this made no difference again. Please help,

I don't know what values you are talking about, jargon means absolutely nothing to me. I'm a gamer and I'm trying to play 4d1, and between reading that post and you posting it I have played a game and I am still getting freezes every 10 seconds... And the connection is disrupted for a split second, I can't really take a screenshot at that moment. Also I have noticed since I started getting this error I have been having an occasional issue with my mouse too; my sensitivity suddenly falls to a very low level for around 3 seconds and my movement is very limited, then it starts working again... Mouse is a Steelseries Xai if this helps anyone?

He's not asking for a screenshot, he's asking for a wireshark capture..

anyone care to provide a global wireshark capture of the client around the point the connection gets saturated? (please close any unneeded software before making the capture to prevent any sensitive data from appearing in the capture)

Because the server went down a while ago. Just wait for it to go up again.

Well I just got online after felt 1000 tries now and its still algging -.- BTW servers are down atm so u will just come in and playing hardly atm I had to try VERY often

Hmm. I'm hosting 5 servers (including Bukkit) but i dont have those lag/ spikes and yes, I use the same network to host servers but not on the same PC (I couldn't afford a Dedi box/VPS). All of my IW4 and IW5 servers are 4D1. Maybe I'm using Fiber Optic?

NTA, did you make any changes lately (after my last post here)? As the lags spikes are completely gone now for me. :>
