editing a alteriwnet.ini? if so then...

In your game folder, delete everything EXCEPT the folders, binkw32.dll, mss32.dll and localization.txt, then install update tool again, run LaunchIW4M and play.

Now you are ready to start the game and it will download the rest of the files.

    thanks for the suggestion but when I downloaded it and launched it. It simply just said it's not responding and quit. And that "windows is searching for a solution"

     

    Edit: I'll probably just clean install.
