Sorry if this happens to be the wrong section for help, but I cbf taking 10 minutes of my life looking for a little subfourm.

 

Anyway, when I try to join a game, it gets stuck on the loading screen and returns to the main menu saying "Ticket verification error - please reinstall the client from fourdeltaone. net" or something like that.

 

So I reinstalled with no luck.

 

This has only started to happen recently and before that, everything worked perfectly fine like it should.

 

Also, I tried to host a private match lobby with my friend yesterday and he got this same error too, but he went to a public server and got no error.

 

Any help would be appriciated.

 

 

PS: I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit

Do you get that on all servers?

Nope, I tried hosting a game again for my friend, and we're getting that tickets bs again.

 

This never happened before yesterday.

Me and my frieds have the same error "Ticket Verification Error". It only happens when we try to play LAN.

Are you sure it is LAN? And not some VPN like Hamachi or Tungle?

I seem to have the same problem. I try to run MW2 and while connecting i get the "Ticket Verification Error". I delete cache.xml, re-download IWM4 Launcher, but still nothing. Any clues?

Well, some people don't know they have to launch the game through Start>Programs>Play IW4M and launch wrong .exe instead :l

I start the game through Start>Play IW4M and it downloaded some files...now when i enter a server i wait until awaiting connection 16 and then "Server connection timed out" pops up.
