Hello,

In cod4 I always used a edited config_mp, so my game would look brighter and more clear. I looked on some sites, and they had some for mw2. But... The obviously do not work for 4d1.

I know it is possible, because in promod it looks more brighter too. So my question is, how can I do this?

Bye,

They do not work, as r_filmusetweaks is set to 0 by default and it's cheat protected.

You can unlock it through mods though. (The mod has to be server-side obviously)

Besides that promod uses: "r_fog", 0, which is also cheat protected i think.

There are some more clientdvars to increase 'visibility', but they won't if you just put them in the config_m2.cfg.

Ok, sad :(

So there is no way that this will be possible without a server loaded mod like promod.

Maybe a suggestion to allow them, as I do not see why it would be cheat protected.

You can make the graphics bad... i.e. things like no fog and increased brightness can result in better visibility of players.

You mean lowering your ingame settings? Or actually on the config?
