ok so ive finally got mw2 back!! after some trial and error, im extremely exited as i havent played since alterIWnet, and if finally found 4d1! So after i run the LauchIW4M, it opens the console like normal and then the game, after a few seconds i just get a black screen, this happens a few seconds after the game opens, or when im on the server list, its so frustrating! does anyone know of a way to stop this from happening, would be greatly appreciated,

Just download iw_23.iwd and place it in your IW4M/main/ directory

ok will do, i just looked and i am missing iw_23 so this will hopefully fix it, are there any more that should be there i have 00-23

You might be having a ""Preview_mp_compact" or "Preview_mp_complex" error now.
