I want you all to rate my PC and tell me what i can improve on.

Current PC Specs:

Motherboard: ASUS(don't know exact model)

RAM: 16GB System RAM 4GB CPU RAM (6 RAM Slots. 4 for System, 2 for something else)

HD: 130GB internal, 1TB External USB 3.0

GFX Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti SSC 2GB

CPU: Intel i7 @ 3.06GHz

So, how is it? I know there are better GFX cards out there, but this one was the best one in my budget.

Last time i tried this setup(I'm waiting for my miniHDMI cable to arrive, i tested it with my VGA cable) it ran all of my games on Max settings except Far Cry 3, it ran on about High. But for some reason, it wouldn't let me switch to 1920x1080, only 1366x768, so maybe they won't run as good.

How am I supposed to rate your PC if you don't even give all your specifications?

This. Tell us what CPU you have, please.

I have an Intel i7 that runs at 3.06GHZ. I knew i was missing something in the OP!

Depends on what you use it for. For gaming it's quite unbalanced, too much RAM and too weak GPU, also i7 performs about the same as i5 in gaming, so there's even more budget you could have spent on a GPU instead.

I think it's definitely better than my last GPU, the ATI Radeon HD 6670. But i wanted to get the best CPU for the budget i had, so the i7 was the best for me. The i7 is slightly better than the i5, but i agree, not enough to matter.

Like I said, i5, 8GB and better GPU which would fill the budget would be a much better bang for the buck if you're primarily a gamer. Also, RAM is much easier to upgrade than GPU.

Wow. Mine won't boot when I ran my PC with 12GB RAM.

2x4GB DDR3 1600Mhz

2x2GB DDR3 1333Mhz

The weird thing is. it runs perfectly on 10GB RAM

What about your PC case, power supply, fans, cooling system etc?

Also what is destiny of this setup, gaming? ( If yes it's unbalanced as Sophos already said )

Well, your unknown motherboard, i7 CPU, GTX650 GPU and 16GB RAM is something around 6/10 for gaming.
