Back in the day I only had to down load the Multiplayer version of Modern Warfare 2 (in AlterIWnet). But now it seems like I have to download a full MW2 game cracked and then install the files found on the fourDeltaOne site. Is this correct? I already have all the files, all I need is the MW2 primary client which is about 12GB. Bottom line is: Do I have to still a whole MW2 with both Single Player and Multiplayer in order to play?

You only need the Mulitplayer files. If you have the aIW IW4 files then you can run our installer...

He wouldn't/doesn't need them; he may want them.

Well, just download the full game, believe me, it sucks when you have to download them anyways since a lot of new mods with new maps are being played, and I had to go through the same stuff, so its better to just do the entire game and be done with it.

He still needs them to experience the full joy of IW4M. It's not IW4M if you don't have SP fast files or DLC..That would feel awkward and black screen by each rotation of the servers of the files he don't have.
