I have a weird problem that started a few days ago. My radar is always jammed, no matter what server I'm playing on and also no matter the class I play with (even with the default ones).

 

I recently got my 55th level, does level has something to do with this? Otherwise, I can't see what the problem is and how can I turn my radar back on...

Did you try to delete your config_mp.cfg, located in your players2 folder?

Deleting config should work just fine.

Also, for future reference, radar jamming meant that the square where the minimap should have been was displayed, but it was always showing static, like when the enemy uses counter-UAV. However, it was not that, because mine was always jammed, even on a fresh map.

cg_draw2d OR SO was probably set to 0.

Ghosty, he said "radar was jammed, staticy, counter uav like"... cg_draw2d 0 disables everything 2d (HUD)
