4D1 on Windows 8

Alright I've already gotten enough flak about the idiot decision I made to get windows 8 on my gaming PC. So please don't comment, believe me I've already heard how shitty and terrible it is millions of times and I've lived how shitty and terrible it is. Now on to the question I was wondering if 4D1 is compatible with windows 8 or if anyone knows if it is, I was hoping to find out before I buy mw2 and then realize it doesn't. Any input would be appreciated

    I am using windows 8 and every game i've played works fine. (CPU-intensive games run even better on windows 8 than on windows 7)
