OpenVice is a multiplayer port of Vice City map into GTA: San Andreas, originally created by NTAuthority. As some people requested starting an OpenVice server on fourdeltaone forums, I decided to contact NTA and create an up-to-date client build and compiled releases of both Windows an Linux servers. After some work, I have ported his patch to new version of MTA:SA and decided to release it.
