It's really kind of the tech support that they copy paste the same parameters, however, do you have any other suggestion besides this parameter? I made it sure that my drivers and DirectX is up-to-date.

Alright Mr. Smart Guy gives us a better answer, NTA made all OS > Vista use d3d9ex and with that caused everyone to get less FPS. He's even suggested to use the -d3d9 parameter which fixed the issue for me and others. So why shouldn't it work?

Admin tell me why that? Maybe upgrade my pc ? Mhm. I have i5 2500k, hd 6970. Direct x upgrade, done. Aero enabled, done. Others driver, done. Other things?

For me its just a BUG with a new upgrade (today). Yesterday really no problems.

true , i mean u guys have a hard job by keeping up with all these comments , but really its the truth , for some people that -d3d9 parameter doesnt work , i mean i already had a shit pc i was playing mw2 on lowest settings but it worked its like buying a a shit car just to drive to school with it , nothing more , but since this update which allows people of all OS to play iw4m people cant even drive with a bicycle to school , i get 10 fps 10.... lol i mean i play iw4m and record gameplays but how should i do this when i get without fraps , on lowest setting , fps boosters on , updated videocars driver and direct x just awesome 10 fps xD cant u just let this game be like it was for people who just bought the steam version ? i mean we should stick to the main concept why 4d1 was created ? to give people the opportunity to choose between servers and use mods like isnipe , or have an admin on a server, but not getting it worked for every OS like xp or other things ..
