Now that I have set up B3, how do I make myself and others admin in it?

You make yourself admin by typing in the text chat...iamgod.

 

You make others admin by typing /!putgroup

 

Groups are admin, senioradmin, and superadmin...for the most part.

!iamgod (if it is not admin )

 

to add: !lookup or !l

!l Initial player's nickname ( take the number of the player ex:@264)

 

!putgroup @264 superadmin

Yes, only the first to enter, but it will be possible to manually add the command "!putgroup" or direct in DB (Edit group_bits = 128]

Won't any other person be able to use !iamgod, when, in a particular case, the server gets reinstalled, and somehow the owner is not the first person to enter the server?

No, once you have entered !iamgod, no one else will ever be able to claim it. If you reinstall your server, I assume you'll use the same database from b3 so everyone will still be the same. The only way someone else will be able to be Superadmin(!iamgod), is if you delete the !iamgod table from the database or you manually add them to the database.

 

If, however, you aren't the first person to use !iamgod, just do what {Knife}Medr@do said and enter the database. Find whomever has 128 group_bits, and change it to 0. Then go to your name, and change it to 128.

 

The GUID's are not the same, apparently he has the columns shortened so their not visible to us, alothough the IP's are.
